Each canvas is a process - A white canvas - Laid down black gesso ground - design in white crayon - acrylic paste added for relief and contours - Then a black gesso overpainting - finished with acrylic metal paints that are painted and scraped to bring the work to life ... Depending what light falls on the the work it will deliver different visual effect.
